The Blocksbergs get a voucher for a surprise trip from aunt witch Amanda. The family heads off to Transylvania to the Schlosshotel Frankenfein in anticipation. The castle is full of surprises: coffins as beds, skulls as lamps and the Transylvanian specialty: fried black pudding. The castle owners Frankenfeins are amazed when the Blocksbergs do not shudder.
