Kenny has no legs, they were amputated after birth to replace missing bones in his vertebrae. The "boy without an abdomen" is a media sensation. A French camera team has just arrived to report on him. Despite bad experiences with reporters, the parents agree, as both are unemployed and can make good use of the money. In this situation, Kenny's sister Sharon also comes home and promptly falls in love with a cameraman. This leads to a heated argument between her and Kenny.
