Preggoland

Ruth is 35 years old, still lives with her father and works as a cashier in a supermarket. While her friends from high school are already married and starting families, Ruth parties as often as she can and wakes up hungover every morning. When she crashes a friend's baby shower while drunk, even Ruth's two best friends don't want anything to do with her. Then a misunderstanding spreads the rumour that Ruth is pregnant, and suddenly friends and family are all ablaze again for the exile. Ruth decides not to clear up the mistake for the time being - after all, there is still plenty of time for that. But the longer Ruth's fibbing goes on, the more difficult it becomes to keep up the web of lies.
