Years ago, Mirko Talhammer (Lucas Gregorowicz) turned his back on his father's scrapyard and his family to make something better of himself in the big city. One day, however, Mirko's father dies under dubious circumstances. To his great surprise, the "prodigal son" inherits the run-down junkyard - together with his younger brother Letscho (Frederick Lau). It quickly becomes clear to both of them that if they want to save the scrap yard, which is threatened with ruin, and with it the existence of the entire family, they must bury the hatchet between them and carry out their father's last daring plan together: A train robbery on a grand scale!
